After reading this article, I don't have any sympathy for Russia.
Russia should have never announced that they were going to win 40 medals and win only 15.
That was their own fault and hey, maybe in the next 4 years, Russian athletes will train better, but in the mean time, they should concentrate on being humbled hosts, not ignorant buffoons.
This is a classic example of what happens when you get cocky.
Learn from this, followers. Don’t try to bite off more than you can chew.
